Presenting Programs and Research
In addition to its evident educational strengths, Columbia is a professional presenter of high quality arts programs in all mediums. This has created a South Loop based cultural incubator that fosters educational growth, civic development, as well as artistic richness and diversity.
Columbia supports 8 full-time professional arts centers and a variety of other presenting arts initiatives within its academic departments and programs; these programs attract more than 300,000 audience members each year.
