Van Procedures

All requests for the use of the van must be put into the 360 Facility system.
At least a weeks notice must be given on all van requests.
Unless you are listed under our van insurance you cannot drive the van.
The van is not allowed out of state.
The van can only be reserved 2 hours per day per department.
Our driver does not load or unload the van.  You will need to provide personnel at both drop off and pick up locations.
Our driver is available only from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.  All deliveries must be made during this time.  No weekend deliveries.
It is expected that the van be returned in the same condition as it was taken.
