Workflow
Initiating projects with the CPS office.

Service Request forms:
To initiate a design job with CPS, you must first complete one of the following request forms. These are available for download by clicking on the links below. Request forms can be filled out on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader and e-mailed to Edward Thomas at ethomas@colum.edu, or printed out and turned in to the CPS office as hard copies.
